I recently finished a book on dogsledding and wanted something different so started this book on rescues, not know it also has dogsledding themes as well. I think people who rescue dogs are saints. In addition from adopting from shelters, when a 33 yr old lady with rescued 37 sled dogs suddenly dies, they come to help and pick the most un-adoptable ones to add to their collection.
