Honestly, it already feels like I am reading it with you because I think I can read your mind (oo, am I a vampire??) and anticipate your sage observations. I want of all things: You, me, (Betty, obviously - scratch that, just me and Betty), roadtrippin to the Pacific Northwest with this on audiobook while we record a Mystery Science Theater-style live commentary. I'm up to the Italian restaurant scene. There's a lot of unnecessary smiling going on (??) and the waitress has one ankle hooked around her neck and licking her kneecap while she takes Edward's order. The BITCH.
