A lot of useful info. Slow reading because of rereading. Probably need to buy it.

Ben How is this book? Is it helpful? One of our younger boys struggles with ADHD and focus.

Ben Nash Very much so far. Dr. Hallowell is an authority and he and Ratey's information is well-grounded in research. It's done tons to help me understand myself after my recent diagnosis.

As I you can see, I'm still pretty early in the book, but I've also had lots of help from his podcast. It goes back quite a ways, so they've got plenty of content. Looks like they've got tags for all the parenting episodes distractionpodcast dot com (looks like they don't allow links in comments).
