This book is rubbish. Completely different from previous ones and requiring you to suspend your disbelief so far that it’s out of sight. Thin plot that doesn’t hold together. Thinner characters who are just caricatures of types. And how come the town where all the action happens appears to have no residents? No one witnesses violence. No police are called. Bodies bundled into car boots in broad daylight.
