slowly making my way in this one - only possible because it's an e-book. enjoy some of the really unusual recipes. Rabbit always reminds me of my uncle's stories about killing rabbits for the family when they had no meat. He somehow managed to kill them with a broomstick to bring them down. Then there are some interesting recipes that look very simple and look wonderful.

The intro is historically so right to me who was born in 1944. Question if pumpkin squares can be boiled for 2 hours and still retain shape for firmness of pickle.
