You're making me want to re-read it! I felt so torn the first read-through, though. I LOVED the last 200 pages, but the first 400-500 dragged a bit.

I think the first time I read it I struggled with the world building, but once I got into it (probably around the same time Hunt moved in with Bryce). The few hundred pages I wasn’t sure if it was for me, but this book genuinely rekindled my love for reading 😅Rereading now has really helped my understanding of those earlier pages too!
