i am an hour and half into the audibook and I have absolutly no idea what is going on. I don't understand anything. I don't know where we are or why. I am so confused.

nothing makes sense. What am i reading?
I can tell Harrow is not seeing Gideon in the flashback scenes (at least I think that's what they are?).
But what is going on in the other chapters? I DON'T KNOW.
This is so frustrating. This book is a mess and i am in pain.
