This has been so slow-going because the stories are 100% grimdark with 0% justice - a lot of "look at how much my life sucks" followed by death.

My latest LibraryThing EarlyReviewers win ♥ I hope I have better luck with this collection than I did with the last one, which was more literary fiction than actual noir.
