Completely enjoying it. Great voices! Intriguing. Only 37% done and praying there will be a sequel.

Protesting prior reviewer since this hasn't been available even via netgally.com. I suspect the review is a strong gut reaction to the unconventional title. Based on the blurb summary, I think this will be an intriguing read. I admit the title is--edgy--and I also had strong vibes to it. Now, I'm simply eager to read this.
