Book 2 complete. Lot more gravity in narrative this time. Doraipuram and it's inception was interesting. Kannan emerging from childish obscurity. Has a godfather like feel to the trilogy approach but too many events packed in too quickly. Hard to connect with most characters. Hoping final instalment packs good punch.

Finished Book 1 on Chevathar. Interesting story thus far. A bit disjointed in parts and has a cinematic feel to it. Would have preferred less detailed description of surroundings and more dialog between characters. Hoping Book 2 is better in that area.
