So much eyerolling. It's like she didn't even try to write different characters and even worse: nothing happens all the time. Where is the tension? Feared entities are reduced to fluffy puppies. Jesus

Reading on Audible, I had my reservations. The H and h have an uncanny resemblance in behavior with Poppy and Casteel, which kind of annoys me. As well as the stupid heroine. But so far I'm enjoying it on a superficial level
