Turns out the laptop’s still broken and they kept my money as a diagnostic fee even though I already knew what the problem was so….yeah, feels a lot like I got swindled out of my money 🙃😅 But I shall not give up! The quest continues! 🏃🏻‍♀️

My job’s tangentially related to tech, so at least I had a general idea what the problem was, but the fact that the person gave me an incorrect explanation as to where my money was going had me ready to rage 😤 Thank you for sending the good vibes! We ended up calling in a family friend, and while my files have officially bid me their goodbye, we’re now doing the repair ourselves! Just waiting for the parts 😂
