Did I mention that I’m bristling? The first third is attempting to set up the two main characters but I just can’t buy into it yet. Both quite unlikable and a ting a bit strangely for two adult men. 😬

I hated the only EM Lindsay book I’ve read - Open Ice Hit so I was hesitant to read this one👀 hope it gets more enjoyable for u!!😊

I am trying to go in with an open mind and read different m/m authors, so we’ll see how it goes! Recently I feel lukewarm in the opening chapters of some books but then get really invested later on, here’s hoping lol!

Felt this!! I tend to go back to my favorite authors but I’ve been branching out more too. Haha fingers crossed!🤞🏻

I was going to consider this but didn’t realize it was the same author who wrote Open Ice Hit. I hated that book. The writing style bugged the hell out of me as did the characters.
