i really want to like this book but it's still so boring and so slow so far. why was i told this was a mystery novel. why was i told this was scary. why was i told there were LESBIANS. i'm halfway through and all i've got is a broken plate and bleeding cuticles. if i wanted that i would get drunk at 2:30am.
