My conclusions from what I read are:
1_ The 3 religions were right about why we should keep the physical relationship till after marriage, along with flirting ( there are logical ways to overcome the urge)
2_ People should love and accept themselves in order to find the right person for them, no one should accept to living in a constant war with themselves in order to gain someone's attention.
