I’m this far in the story but I’m still struggling to like Elian. Ugh. I can do away with his POV actually and be content if it’s just Lira’s. All these pirate talk and banter is actually kind of annoying. And don’t get me started on Kye with his whiny ass, he sounds like a middle schooler for the most part. Ugh MEN. 🙄
