Chechen psychiatrist Kyuri Idrisov concludes that 86% of the population suffers from war related emotional & physical stress. A 2004 Doctors Without Borders study showed that 88.7% of people they surveyed experience psychological or psychosocial difficulties, or both; 87% said they have family members with mental disturbances + almost 60% knew somebody with mental illness & 10% knew someone who had attempted suicide

just a thought whilst reading this: the more you stray away from islam by mixing it with culture and other acts that are contradictory to the deens rulings the more women (specifically) will find themselves in a position where they’re being oppressed. never met a female who comes from a family that prioritises their own ideas over islam to be content, its just not a thing bc the whole point of diluting islam
