Thoughts after reading issue #2:
- So it turns out all the issues are really long, not just the first issue.
- Oh wow I didn't actually think the witch was going to end up being scary! I thought she was going to end up being nice and recruit the protagonist and teach her magic. Instead she's over here EATING a kid's leg.
- What an escalation! Everyone is dead? The stakes are so high it's like end of the world stuff.

- Oh so wait Hugh isn't evil? Yay!
- Imagine being rejected by not even the girl you like but her grandmother. Ouch. I don't care what the grandma says, I ship Saoirse and Hugh, they're cute together! They're also cute separately too.
- That cliffhanger! When is issue #6 coming? I can't seem to find any news about whether it's on hiatus or has been cancelled.

- I really thought Brahm was going to bite it in the fire. I wonder if he has special abilities to communicate with animals or if someone else was helping guide them to him.
- I like Hugh. And not just because I have a thing for guys with ice blonde hair, but because he's funny and cool. And he has great chemistry with Saoirse.
