Hi reader friends, I hope you're all ok. Just a quick update from me: I've decided to be a bit less interactive on GR for the sake of my health. I struggle with some debilitating health issues and after a recent dip in health I realised I'm more neglectful of my health than I'd like to admit so I'm going to (hopefully) be more more heath-productive than expend energy where it takes a toll. I'll still be here though!
