Okay and also, how lovely that of course the Middle Easy was responsible for blowing up the earth in this book and that only North Americans are intelligent beings, the rest just misshapen creatures lol

Honestly the most ridiculous part of this whole books Is the pronoun game. The parts of the evil sorceress only refer to her/she (in cursive) and it’s honestly so silly by now. And stylistically it reads awfully
Also am not the biggest fan of the whole “men this, women that”

A lil confused by the map that shows a desert next to the sea but directly next to it green fields and a forest I think? (Or those are mountains?) not sure how logical that is like geologically speaking?
