The structure of Crossroads of Twilight involves both alternating characters between chapters and parallel perspectives as well. Throughout different chapters, different characters have their perspectives aired, though sometimes characters will experience the same event in their own respective chapters. For example, both Elayne and Egwene experienced Rand cleanse saidin separately during different chapters.

If I were to be a character in my book, I would be a mentor to Egwene, a protagonist. I find that she is oblivious to some important details, some of which could hurt her. For example, she is constantly suffering from headaches which can only be alleviated by one character, headaches that are immune to magical healing. The character soothing her headaches is definitely causing them, and I wold point this out to her.
