The concept is inspiring, but there is no sustenance to article.
Who will decide who the important inventors and engineers are? Who will research the authenticity of those honored as such? Would this be an international effort, or only domestic? (Author mentions how world will see America differently if this endeavor is undertaken). Why not global?
Like I said, a good concept.
