This book has answered the question I had about why in the world Fentanyl is showing up in all drugs-- pot, Vicodin, meth... there are a few reasons but mainly it's a cheap cutter that packs a punch so less and less of whatever the drug is supposed to be has to be involved. Also in the heroin trade, ODs are good promotions for the product. Addicts flock to that supply because it must be potent.
