Hence the second best is from therapeutic hemp from these places but sold everywhere, ie cannabis with it’s THC bred out but still with a higher concentration of cbd and other canabanoids. Manufacturers can often name the farm and place where its grown. Industrially grown hemp is the cheapest, grown in China and Europe. Organic variants might be the better choice.
