Is there going to be an end to the stabbing jokes?
Also why literally NOTHING is happening?
This is a terrible sequel to the first book. I can’t imagine how the people who waited for this book after the first one felt.

I’m feeling kind of annoyed.
1. There is a lot of talking and explanations that feel too specific to the situation, so specific that I feel I know already what is going to happen in this book, and in the next ones.
2. I just can’t with Cas. It’s just too pushy at this point. It doesn’t feel like he’s giving Poppy a chance, I wish he either back off a bit or for her to be more self aware and outspoken.

It took Poppy 150+ pages to understand why Casteel wants to do what he wants to do… POPPY! It was PRETTY CLEAR! He would have not asked you if he was planning to give you back… what would have been the point…
I am still mad at Cas after the ending of BaA, I still don’t like his behavior around Poppy… I should not be reading this while I am also reading ACOWAR. Rhys is the best!
