I think this book will get 5 stars for story, 5 stars for the hotness, but 4.5 stars because Sojo is just not a LIKEABLE person. She avoids everything and everyone! Geesh!

Now I see why I don't like Sojo.
I think the only reason(2 reasons) I am continuing to read the book and MIGHT finish the series, is because of the beautifully mapped out storyline. I love the town and am intrigued by its history. But Sojo? No way. She just wants Mike's body and then she wants to run to New York. I truly hope he hooks up with the comic book store cutie.

Now the book is picking up where I want it. Paranormal stuff, sex, yes!

I'm not liking the protagonist very much...I don't know. Given her background of not visiting her Nana often but claiming to love her and being her favorite is one thing. But then she knows Mike Soyinka likes her but she still chose a douche bag and is still trying to give Mike the slip. She keeps saying, "I'm going back to New York. New York this and that. I hate that I hate the protagonist. smh

"He was all kinds of damns..." My new phrase! LOL
