i haven't had much time in the past few days to read this bc of work but now i have a couple days off to dig into it and the idea of a vimes-centric time travel plot which will surely put me thru the ringer? truly genius. magnifique

i am so delighted by the idea of assassins-in-training being assigned to go to vimes's Ridiculously-Assassin-Proofed-House and use it as an obstacle course style practice basically lmao

i am living in moderate fear of this book, because i have been warned via a reliable source that it may in fact kill me
