would have read way more if i wasn't so sleepy atm. i have been waiting for the chance to have the time to read this book for months. so far it has lived up to the great reviews i have heard from my fellow food studies/systems undergrad students. as someone who has also lost their mother to cancer, some of the paragraphs hit reaaaally hard. its helping me feel less alone in my grief. i love this book so far.
