After taking a break from this book to finish Qi Ye along with my reading group, I was hoping to get to the end of the story over the Christmas and New Year holidays and add it to my 2022 round-up here, but I haven't managed it. Never mind! The plot threads are all drawing together at the moment, while the action certainly hasn't grown any less exciting. I'm enjoying every page. :)
