The current chapter I just read dealt with using a habit scorecard to track the good and bad habits a person does daily. It gives an opportunity to acknowledge how these habits form the identity of a person and to tell whether those habits are leading them into the person they wish to become. Next chapter deals with habit stacking which I've been implementing for 3 months now. Excited for that.
