Can I just say that this might be a champion for the top place of worst cover art for a good book? And my audiobook isn't even this pink drakitude the goodread shows. It's worse! It's some green and black with a thunderbolt going through at house and squished red type. It looks like a Dr Frankenstein side project from the 60s 😂

Really enjoy how shes using Norse mythology and first Nations historical references for the area of Seattle and winding it into a fantasy that has a lot of believability in it.

A little bit of a slow start but this is turning into another good story that I actually want to listen to. That is always the sign of a good book. That you are hanging in for the next chapter. And can I just say, what a wonderful way to whet the appetite for what's to come. By writing a sensual scene that isn't about seduction, but yet totally is.
