"a raised eyebrow look". really? REALLY? I think it's only happened a couple times but it's seriously poor craftsmanship!!
It's like.. oh, hey, I'm going to write about Korea and Korean mythology from the point of view of a Korean girl....who is and acts American through and through. Diverse.. yup.

The first few pages, I hated. After the nonsense and the pages about an unspecific dress that ended up being a hanbok (which I assumed, given the nature of the book), I decided that well.. I'm reading YA so I have to suffer the mind of a young girl.
After this, I'm going to seek out something a little more... Korean mythology NOT in high school.
