Over the last 100+ pages I've been intrigued, but I've grown weary, then just angry at the author.

I know huh? Was at 35, now at 31. Well, Justin, the author made sure I had the most recent copy since I've already reviewed it from a previous read. So I'm at my third start here and it would be premature to be critical at this point.

This is awkward. I read the earlier book I considered a draft. This is much more a finished product. So this is something of a second time around and there is nothing I recognize from the first read so far.
