I’m in a bit of (read: TOTAL) “eat the rich” phase given my damn student loans, 3 kids and no hope in hell of helping them with college bc I’m still paying for MY college and hoping and praying we can get our mortgage paid off before retirement. Therefore, this absolute unchecked, unrecognized and gross display of ALL THE FUCKING PRIVILEGE ON EARTH is a bit of a turnoff, I guess 🤷🏼♀️

Totally understandable. Not sure if you plan on continuing but from where I am in the book I do get the sense the author acknowledges her privilege? (Even if it still rubs the wrong way to those of us who don’t have even close to the means she has!)
