This book has a nice enemies to lovers couple, but I personally don't like how quickly the romance started, I would've really loved if it was slower, maybe more confusion and hesitation on the part of Jude. Because she seems to just not be affected n recall all the harrassment and assault that Carden did and allowed to happen. I would've liked it if she came to know him better and then maybe forgive him after a while

i’ve noticed many cuts in action, i don’t know what to call it. many times i notice that a character sitting or standing is not mentioned and i feel like the author played it in their head but maybe rushed to write it and forgot? maybe it’s purposeful i don’t know
