Wow! I am starting to like Logan slightly more. I still think he isn’t the best fit for Elle but we will see. She told him about Faith and dropped a huge bomb that she is HIS daughter! I thought it was the other guys kid. Logan got mad and stormed out of the house and has been gone for 4 days. Still torn between 3 and 4 stars.

On chapter 8 and it’s finally going good! At about chapter 6 is when the story starts to pick up. I found out that Elle had a daughter when she was 16 named Faith. Faith’s adoptive partners died in a car accident and now 15 year old Faith has no one left. Elle is asked if Faith can come live with her. Logan doesn’t know about Faith and running for office doesn’t bode well for an unknown child.

Not crazy about the start of this book. It’s very blah to me. I don’t like Logan. I think he cares more about his campaign then his own wife. Elle has some secret but I have a feeling it’s going to be a long time until I find out what it is. I don’t like Martha. She would be horrible to have as a MIL. So far not much I am enjoying about this story and the characters.
