I enjoyed chapter 4 as it reminded me about needing to stay in the present and not worry myself with past problems. It also talked about how loneliness can settle in even for introverts although it may take more time compared to extroverts. One of the ways to combat this is to schedule dates with friends when you know loneliness will start to creep in.
