Chapters 23-36: Thaddeus is hiding something. I wonder what it is. OMG! Desmond is Dominus. I hope Nate gets better. Finally we find out who turned against Nate and Gabriel in book 1, and it was Patriarch Laurent. Never mind, it was Patriarch Romanoffski. If his only reasons for doing this is because he values his life and lost his faith. I have to say those are lame excuses.

Chapter 16: The creepy man was Adin! He is now a black ore user. They experimented on him because of his blood! Stupid Dr. Cymrus

Chapter 13: I am interested in the Dark Spheres. These are the Spheres that make you forget that they are human and are black ore users. That's quite interesting.

Chapter 12: Finally it is the part where Gabriel faced the creepy man. Also, I want to know what happened to Thaddeus. I hope everything is alright with him.

Chapter 8: Wow...Thaddeus just caught on fire. That's pretty awesome. I feel bad for that girl. I hope Nate can get the ore for Gabriel in time.

Chapter 3: OMG! Patriarch Goodwin is Claire's father! That's unexpected. I wonder how this will affect Gabriel's romance with her. I wonder why Laurent and Goodwin want the shard.

Chapter 2: Poor Gabriel...hope there is no brain damage. The book is slow right now but I think it will pick up later on like in the first book.

End of Chapter 27: The note was weird. I'm still trying to process it. End of Chapter 28: Now Nate found out the truth that Patriarch Laurent is the one who turned against him and Gabriel in book 1. End of Chapter 30: What does the message mean?

End of Chapter 25: So the black ore erases all of your past memories if you were embedded like Desmond was to become Dominus.
