Apparently, I've a lot to gripe about. Let's start with the club scene happening. Just the idea that they had normal conversation in a club without yelling, especially while ON the dance floor...no. You're yelling or right in someone's ear. A surely wouldn't hear C 'growl'. Also, C thinks of A as a 'baby' when reasoning why she can't be attracted to her...I'm just wondering when a 3-year age gap became a problem.....

Wait, who installed the lock?? Tha isn't clear, and it feels important. Depending on who did it, the meaning changes. Also, this isn't the first time I have wondered who said what or did what. Why is that not clearer??

I can't believe I have opinions at 5%, but here we go. This is the first Charlie POV, and I'm a little put-off she's perceived Avery as 'angry'. She literally thinks of her as 'angry little flash'. Um, pretty sure she's heartbroken, not angry. Maybe there's anger sitting inside there somewhere, and sure, she was a little provoked by Brennan and got snarky, but anger takes a lot of energy depressed people don't have.
