The most annoying part of this book is how she keeps referencing "your deck or patio." I picked this book up because I'm in an apartment. Not every apartment has a deck or patio. Most of the tips still stand, but I need more tips on stuff like grow lights and pollinating by hand, since you know, there are no bees in my apartment.

Was pregnant. Am no longer pregnant. Am planning to turn my living room into a jungle. Yes, I see the connection. Will I be this objective when all the plants inevitably die and I'm unreasonably upset about it bc I've transferred all my emotions about my empty womb onto these things? No. No, I will not. This will be a nice distraction for a little bit and then an unmanageable emotion bomb when they all kick it

Idk what the fuck I'm on right now, but like...yeah, I am gonna try to grow a lemon tree in my apartment. Somebody try to stop me. Of all the stupid things I have done in my life, growing lemons in an apartment doesn't even make top 10 on the list. Will this end with gnats and no lemons? Probably
