I'm not just imagining that there are tons of characters in Pern. In this book, there are 38 pages of two columns of dragons and their riders, and other Pern characters. Thirty Eight Pages!

When I bought this, I was hoping to clear up the confusion of Pern people and dragons and turns. It sort of helps, not as much as I would have liked.
