Well this was miserable. Learned more from the author’s note than the graphic novel itself. Wondering if author is indigenous at all. Felt messagey but also condescending. Note at end from publisher (not author) which might be for updated edition as this is from 2014. Selected bibliography felt very short and had no books. Which is another strike against.
