As a runner , having met many of the 100 marathon club including several interviewed in this book, I would definitely recommend this book. Read the chapter on the Legend that is Brian Mills yes a lovely quiet unassuming chap, on over 1,000marathons when I ran with him. A very readable chatty book by a coach about real runners
