I don't understand people's negative reactions to this but maybe we are just expecting different things. I am not finished yet but this has been so eye opening to understand so much more about emotions we and others feel. The emotions behind people's actions as well. I have been able to see people I know from a different angle and understand a bit more why they might treat me the way that they do.
