"nobody here but-" is a short story about a computer gaining consciousness. the part where the engineer talked about what the "thinking machine" could do if it was smaller was impressive because it simply explains what we call today a "self driving car" is.

the plot is the same as every other ai movie produced in the last 10 years. the inventor gets scared as the machine he built developes intelligence and tries to shut it down. the good old suspicion of whether the machine is able to hear what they are saying is also used as a spice. i already knew asimov's stories were cheesy but it all got even funnier when they distracted junior (the computer) by kissing in front of it.
