Right now, I'm at the part where Lia has to go spend a night at her mother's place. I think that's the books conflict or it leads to the conflict because she really doesn't like her mom and they always fight. I think that the mother might make problems worse because she wants Lia to move back in.

Currently, Lia's mother is asking her to move back in during dinner. To me, that foreshadows that Lia might refuse because she doesn't like her mother so much and right now I think they're gonna fight again.

So far, this book is really depressing. It's sad enough that Cassie died, but it's even sadder when Lia talks about her issues and what she's dealing with.
