Finally got the paperback of this so I don’t have to stare at a screen to read the pdf. Blessed.

This is ridiculously great and grounding and intuitive and it shatters something within me that I don’t know how to articulate but it’s definitely good. I wish we were taught this as soon as we learn to walk.
