Finally got the paperback of this so I don’t have to stare at a screen to read the pdf. Blessed.

This is ridiculously great and grounding and intuitive and it shatters something within me that I don’t know how to articulate but it’s definitely good. I wish we were taught this as soon as we learn to walk.

“... an ever-changing balance that allows you your fullest possible range of movement with the least possible muscle work.”
The aim of dance for sure if not daily life: cause less muscle sprains/strains and reduce joint and spinal damage! Love this book for reinforcing my artistic and professional tenants as well as Irene Dowd for her clarity of articulation.
