I'm so lost in this story, it feels dis-jointed and I'm having issues following the moments.

And yet another scene where she is in it and crying. That is all she does in this book, every time we see her she cries. It is ridiculous

I haven't felt anything for any of the characters so far. I don't feel the chemistry between N and A or N and D, and I'm a bit lost in the whole story, like things are missing from the story line. Though we really don't know why or how they guys ended up at Seaside, where their parents are, or what all the past trauma in their lives are. It is hinted at but not told, so I'm a bit lost with that story line as well

should start talking with her mom. Well I'd agree with A about that EXECPT this is N's MOTHER, the mother should be the one to have the open lines of communication, it should NOT be the daughter's job to have to be the conversation starter or forcer.

I really don't like Natalie's mom. She is a psyc who is treating these boys for addiction and yet is totally cool with her daughter hanging out with them, dating them, having sleepovers with them, and yes them = multiple. Then we get a moment with A and N about how she doesn't know her mom at all, which I can see since we have yet to see those two together, but A tells her communication works both ways and she . . .

I don't like Natalie, I think if we had her POV I might understand what she is thinking and why she even likes these two guys but as it stands, I don't understand her motivation, she barley has any dialogue, she cries at the drop of a hat, and it is like she enjoys stringing to two guys along. It feels like she likes A more than D but since A backed off she figured D was the next best option

Strange to me that Nat's mom is fine with Nat hanging out with and dating either of the two guys who she knows and is counseling for drug addition.

And why is she moments away from crying every time we see her

so many questions
AND I'm not overly fond of the narrator right now b/c he does not change his voice one bit between characters and since he is doing both male POV's it is had to tell the difference and you have to just remember who's POV you are in

So they are 19 y/o rock stars who are Sr.'s in high school who now live in a small town next to their therapist who's daughter happens to be the love interests of the 2 brothers.
Are they twins? we get hints that alec did something bad to D but don't know the whole story, was it in another book before this series? Where are their parents? do they own the house they live in? did they pick that one b/c of location?
