Absolutely stupendous read. I am now far more learned in the religion, myths, legends, heroes and spirits of the Sumero-Akkadian pantheon. I will be continually re-examining the various (fragmented) epics and the attributions/alternate names assigned to the ancient gods of Sumer. Otherwise, on to more academic tractates on the geographical locale and culture itself.

While being a brief monograph's length, this short manual reveals an indistinguishable amount of information, somehow presenting itself in an engaging and fascinating light;yet ever retaining its scholarship. In regards to the information, so far I have learned much about the Sumerian myths of Inanna, Enki-Ea, Ki, An(u), Namtar, Nergal and an extended retinue of gods and their legends.Will say much more when finished
